I believe every person is valuable and deserves to be heard. Our actions, or actions of others, often have consequences out of our control. It is my goal to help others accept and overcome obstacles from those consequences, determine their strengths and abilities, and then use those strengths and abilities to meet their personal goals. Every person is capable of change if they are motivated and have the correct support. I specialize in identifying supports and learning to utilize them for overall wellness.

Side note: As a Christian, I can also help Christians wanting to meet their goals through a Biblical lens.
