I strive to provide a warm, safe, and supportive environment for clients to foster greater self-acceptance, develop healthy coping strategies, and maximize their strengths. I use an integrative approach to help individuals grow and expand their strengths as well as cultivate intentions such as kindness, patience, compassion, strength, and responsibility. Change happens when we gain awareness and learn to connect our bodies and emotions. Through this process, clients are able to identify their challenges, set attainable goals, and move into an empowered sense of wellness. I bring over 20 years of experience working in a variety of settings with diverse clients. I have helped those with anxiety, depression, gender identity, addiction, life coaching, self-esteem, relationships, parenting issues, adolescents, ADHD, chronic pain, young adults, middle-aged and elderly, including many others. I hope to be a trusting and reliable therapist that will support you through your journey of healing.
