Hello! My name is Stacey, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with 25 years of experience in behavioral health care, substance use treatment, and child welfare services. I utilize an attachment-informed, trauma sensitive, and strengths-based approach to working with individuals and families around a variety of needs including adjustment issues, learning and behavioral challenges, mood and anxiety related concerns, trauma, grief and loss, gender journey, and life transitions. I provide a safe space for personal exploration, inquiry, reflection, growth, and development. I am most interested to know what your goals are, and how you envision achieving those goals. I am happy to walk along and provide what you need, whether it's a warm listening ear, skills and resources, or a structured approach to achieving your goals. I rely on assessment tools to capture baseline data regarding symptoms, and to measure progress over time.
