I have been licensed and practicing in AZ since 2017. I have experience in helping clients with coping with addictions, lgbt-related issues, trauma and abuse, dissociative disorders, spiritual/religious trauma & issues, & motivation, self esteem, and confidence. I am also certified in spiritual counseling and use an existential perspective when dealing with hardships, trauma, and psychosis. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process.
