About
Experience working with a variety of psychological challenges, including depression, anxiety, familial stressors, and childhood trauma. I take a person-centered approach, as well as incorporate elements from other modalities like CBT, ACT, Individual Psychology, and Narrative Therapy. The aim is to create a meaningful, non-judgemental and productive space where one can foster the insight, coping skills, and healing needed to reconcile the stressors of life, and ultimately flourish as a person. Working as a collaborative unit, there will be an emphasis on cultivating hope and learning more deeply about oneself. Currently offering both virtual and in-person sessions.
