Hi there, I’m Stacey, and I’m here to help. Are you feeling stuck or overwhelmed? Are you struggling to feel more connected in your relationships? Are things from the past making it hard for you to enjoy the present? I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who helps individuals and families find healthy coping strategies, balance, and fulfillment through empowerment, skill building, and polyvagal and mindfulness techniques. We will work together using evidence-based techniques to focus on a mind and body connection to help you feel safe, supported, and balanced. I look forward to teaching you new skills and strategies to help you find a sense of control over your body and a more balanced sense of well-being in your life.
