I am a Licensed Professional Counselor licensed with over 10 years of experience. I have had the opportunity to work with children and families, young adults as well as women dealing with varying issues such as depression, anxiety, relational disconnection, parenting problems, and beliefs that arise from dealing with societal and environmental stressors. These issues can interrupt our daily lives and can feel so disorienting. I am passionate about creating a safe place for each individual I work with so you can bravely and courageously live your life in a way that feels authentic to your specific journey.

My counseling style is interactive, empathetic, and warm. It is my belief that listening is the key to success in a therapeutic relationship and every individual that I am honored to sit with will feel heard. Being treated with dignity, respect and compassion are also foundational components to my therapeutic approach. My approach combines strengths based therapy and client centered therapy to ensure that the most authentic path is discovered for each individual.
