Hello! My name is Stacey Devenney and I am a therapist, coach, and Licensed Mental Health Counselor/Substance Use Disorder Clinician. My greatest joy is working with people to help them create the lives they want. I provide individual counseling for people who are having difficulty with depression and anxiety, school/job performance, parenting issues, interpersonal relationship stress, or symptoms related to trauma, grief, and loss. I believe in the importance of instilling hope, providing a safe, welcoming environment, and partnering with you to build a plan based on your unique strengths and needs.

Our work together will help you to connect with your inner resources and the incredible ability we all have to heal. My goal is to help every client slow their negative thoughts and come into balance with their emotions. In my practice I interweave solution focused therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and motivational interviewing. I also emphasize mindfulness, self-awareness, and self-compassion.
