About

I am a licensed therapist in the state of Tennessee that has been practicing for the past 6 years. I have also been working as a Clinic Manager and I have a passion for working with those that have been looking for a new way to live. I have worked with mood disorders, severe and persistent mental illness, addiction, trauma, and improving self-esteem and confidence.

Counseling should always go back to kindness and respect first and the rest will follow. It’s important that you feel empowered in your therapeutic journey, and I practice using cognitive-behavioral therapy, narrative therapy, rational-emotive therapy, Adlerian therapy, Gestalt therapy, and trauma-informed therapy approaches to help clients meet their goals.
