I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor specializing in anxiety, depression, grief, stress, anger, self-esteem, and borderline personality disorder with individual, couples and/ or family counseling. I am a practical, interactive, solution focused therapist and incorporate a blend of conventional and alternative approaches, drawing upon a variety of styles and techniques in the process. Therapy sessions are custom tailored to meet the individual’s need circumstances and concerns of each client.
