Namaste! Take a deep breath. Take off your shoes and stay awhile. My name is Sophie, I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Florida. I know it is not always easy to ask for help. It is very brave that you are here doing so! I hope that I can be a level sounding board and a safe place for you to find what you are searching for today. I have worked in high psychiatric care with co-occurring substance abuse, personality disorder, trauma and eating disorder treatment, while also maintaining my small private practice. I have chosen to work virtually moving forward and dedicate my time to my private practice. I love to help people and I would love to see if we would be a good fit to work together!
