I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 10 years of experience in working with individuals, and various communities with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, and career challenges.
My therapy style is warm and interactive. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I don't believe in stigmatizing labels.
I use a client-centered approach combined with cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and solution-focused strategies. My experience involves adults of various ages demonstrating behavioral and emotional difficulties, psychological disorders, and substance/alcohol abuse. My purpose is to proactively meet the needs of the client in a safe space and strive to establish a place of healing through resources and professional guidance.
