It takes courage to reach out for support. I do understand the many challenges that we face as we navigate through our life experiences. We can create a goal that defines your mental health concerns, assess your individual emotional strengths and growth opportunities so that you can effectively set social, equipped with healthy therapeutic coping skills and healthy behavioral boundaries. Within the past few years, I have worked in the trauma abuse center, prison, residential teen pregnancy, group homes, military family counselor, and substance treatment. I have practice as an independent contract therapist which implemented training and development with experience in strategies areas such a physical, sexual, neglect and emotional trauma abuse. I have broad knowledge of mental health. I am excited to deal with emotions that are diverse and complex. I believe the ability to regulate your mental health will be an great investment towards your future and bring you to full potential.
