About

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the State of Massachusetts with 6 years of experience in working with those struggling with a wide range of issues. The majority of client I have worked with have struggled with eating disorders, body image issues, mood and personality disorders, substance use, family issues, chronic disease (both patients and caregivers). I have also worked closely with first responders, trauma survivors, military veterans, college students.

I believe in building a therapeutic relationship built on unconditional positive regard for the client. I think that is when the real work can happen. I use a collaborative style to help the client understand their issues so that we can work together on them, with the goal a happier, more fulfilling life.

I am most experienced in providing Person-Centered Therapy , Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, and Mindfulness strategies.
