Hello! I am a Licensed Professional counselor in Texas. I have worked with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, ADHD, life adjustment issues, parenting concerns, and trauma.

I provide trauma-informed, cognitive behavioral and client-centered therapy. I have a calm, empathetic counseling style. It is important for me to build a strong therapeutic relationship with you and help you feel heard and understood. I will always tailor your treatment plan to your needs. I educate clients about mental health and a provide support in self-exploration, insight and awareness, and working toward personal mental health goals. I help individuals identify techniques for better self-care and balanced lifestyle.
