I believe that my approach and personality create a safe environment for my clients to create lasting change. I have over 7 years experience in substance abuse, I have been practicing counseling since 2016, and I have worked with clients of all ages. I also specialize in trauma and working with teens. Other areas of experience include anxiety, self-esteem, grief, and LGBTQ+-related issues, to name a few. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you.
