I have been a therapist for over 20 years, so I believe I have found my career. I have worked with patients of different ages and cultures—all clients struggling with daily and social challenges. I endorse telehealth due to its flexibility for all patients who are stressed by coping with unique challenges. I enjoy learning but most importantly, I match my skills to your needs, so you can feel comfortable with a plan we create that works! I have found in my practice, the use of humor, loving-kindness, and warmth is as important as skills and structure. I want to help along the way with the appropriate level of support. I will partner with you to achieve your goals. As a Social Worker, I believe healing may involve a community-informed focus. I can offer help and resources to support you in approaching your child’s teacher, a demanding boss, disability, addiction, grief/loss, and chronic pain. My happiest experiences have been helping patients heal from lives initially described as difficult or intolerable to ones they feel are worth living and will bring them joy and contentment.
