Hello! I am a mental health counselor licensed in the state of South Carolina. I work with a range of clients from individuals of all ages, couples, and families. I see clients with a variety of presenting concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship concerns, trauma, family issues, life transitions, and self-esteem struggles. I tend to work from a CBT and interpersonal theoretical framework and also pull from solution focused and CPT. I will utilize different skills and techniques based on what the client needs.

I approach counseling as a team effort. I see my client as the expert of their life and I am here to help them reach goals. I value the client-counselor relationship and believe a foundation of trust and respect is powerful in the healing process. Having the opportunity to play a role in a person's life journey is a true joy and one that I am so grateful to have.
