We weren't meant to go through life feeling disconnected and in a constant state of overwhelm. Taking the first step toward healing looks different for everyone, but something we all have in common is the need for authentic connection. Sometimes that starts with our connection with ourselves. I believe that everyone has the ability to self-heal, but they need a safe place, a safe person, and tools. That's where I come in.
