Hi, I'm Sisily and I'm excited that you have taken the time to read a bit about me. This excitement derives from my belief that the journey you choose to invite me on will show improvements in your life as you reach towards the goals you have for healing, self-improvement, growth, and any other goals you have. We all wrestle with anxiety and depression in this life; that's not something to be ashamed of. To admit we go through these emotions during stressful times only allows for the tools to be learned to help us push through these emotions. I've been in this profession for a little over five years. My passion for healing and self-realization led me to this. I like to practice and live out the things I share with others.
