About

I am a licensed marriage and family therapist with 7 years of experience working with individuals, couples and families. I am passionate about working with adolescent and adult survivors of trauma and I love clients who are curious about themselves and their experiences. I am an LGBTQIA+ affirming therapist and have experience working with couples in a variety of formations. I utilize a strengths-based, family systems perspective, taking into account the role of relationships in shaping resilience and healing trauma. I am trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and I incorporate other trauma-informed modalities such as IFS (Internal Family Systems), DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy) and narrative therapy techniques into my work. I encourage collaboration and curiosity throughout the therapeutic process to help you work through challenges and gain insight into old patterns and create a new story.
