Are you someone who is struggling with stress, anxiety, depression, chronic illness, or trauma? I can support you by helping to break down what is happening in your body, your thoughts and feelings so that you can address things from a thinking-feeling and body-awareness approach. My approach is holistic and eclectic, often pulling from the following approaches to support people: mindfulness, body-awareness/ embodiment/ somatic, brain-body therapy, trauma-informed, connection between thoughts- emotions- actions. I'm also versed with autoimmune issues, gut issues, and chronic illness.

My name is Silvina (she/ her/ ella) and I'm licensed in PA as a Clinical Social Worker. I have just over 10yrs of experience in helping people from all walks of life; currently my expertise is with adults under 60 and young adults. The most important part of therapy, as I see it, is to ‘hold space’ so that you safely feel seen, heard, and validated. I am gentle, yet direct, a balance between holding you accountable and providing nurturing. I have a keen ability to explain complicated things into easy to understand concepts while pointing out overarching patterns or belief systems. I am LGBTQ friendly, anti-racist, and inclusive in my approach.

My goal is for you to identify what you need so that you are able to continue on your healing journey, eventually, without my support. I do this by helping you to cultivate self-awareness and expose you to a variety of coping skills.
