Hello! I am a bilingual English-Spanish Licensed Professional Counselor. I provide individual, family, couples, and group therapy working with clients ages 13 to adult. I graduated from George Mason University and received a Masters of Education degree in Community Agency Counseling. I have been practicing for 6 years and have found that every approach I use is individualized with each client. Some approaches I use with clients are CBT, Solution-Focused, Person-Centered, and Trauma Informed Care. She also uses a holistic and mindfulness approach where the belief that the mind and body connect with each other.
