I have worked in the mental health field with many populations with wide ranging issues that often intersect. I have been a licensed provider of mental health care for many years and I have worked directly with people who live with major mental illness (I.e. Depression, Anxiety, Bipolar disorder etc.) and addictions. I have also worked with families to help maintain structure in order to enhance systemic functioning.

I am attuned to the complexities of life and I approach each person with individualized care that is self-directed with the assistance of an experienced and compassionate guide. I work from an existential humanist base which emphasizes personal choice and empowerment. I am sensitive to how trauma can complicate transitions, wellness and overall functioning.
