I am Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Texas with over 19 years of experience working as a psychotherapist. I graduated with my MSSW degree from the University of Texas at Austin. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, communication difficulties, family of origin issues, and life transitions. I have worked with the civilian and veteran population. What is your approach to therapy? My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, psychodynamic, solution focused, and motivational enhancement therapies. I am also trained on cognitive processing therapy. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you? You can expect that I will take down your history and listen carefully to your treatment goals. You can expect me to be empathic and warm.
