About

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the states of Tennessee and Florida. I am passionate about my work, and have experience with working with clients who have depression, anxiety, a trauma and/or abuse history, struggle with impulsive behaviors, and have gone through significant life changes.

My priority in my time with you is to focus on your needs and how you see our sessions being beneficial. This is your time, and it’s important that you feel heard and understood. Whether you are in the beginning stages of reaching out for support or are ready to make changes in your life, my emphasis is always on meeting you where you are in your journey.

My style is warm and accepting and often solution-focused in nature. I have an extensive background in skills coaching with both cognitive-behavioral therapy and dialectical-behavioral therapy. Skills coaching gives you an active role in your journey with concrete coping methods to help you feel in control of your life and emotions.
