I am licensed in Colorado and Michigan and specialize in anxiety, perfectionism, grief, and adjustment to illness. I prioritize developing a safe relationship between the two of us in therapy, from which we discuss your concerns. Healing doesn’t happen in isolation. Together, we can untangle old narratives, identify the things that aren’t working in your life, and develop new coping methods that work for you.

My practice is antiracist, LGBTQIA+ inclusive, and HAES informed.
