Hello and welcome! I am Sierra Gardner a Licensed Master Social Worker-Clinical (LMSW)/Therapist in Michigan. My educational background is in clinical Social Work from Michigan State University. I have practiced in the field of social work for 11 years, and providing therapeutic services for 3 years in office, in home, and online (teletherapy/telehealth).
I provide compassionate, non judgmental services to help navigate life challenges, and help you uncover your true potential and lead a life that is worth celebrating. I have provided services to age demographics across the lifespan as well as group work.
In my practice I use treatment approaches and techniques from Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), Solution-Focused, and Client Centered Therapy tailored to each client. I have experience working with those that face pregnancy loss, grief, loss, bereavement, anxiety, depression, and sexual abuse, amongst others.
