Hello, I am Sidu Arroyo-Boulter. I am a licensed professional counselor in Austin, TX. I work with individuals to support the treatment of anxiety, relational issues, life transitions, and navigating parenthood. My style is welcoming, collaborative, presence-centered, and non-directive. I work within multiple frameworks, including psychodynamic, attachment theory, body-based therapies, and mindfulness. I consider each of these modalities through a trauma-informed lens.

Seeing the limited support and education in the community regarding the care for new parents, I pursued advanced training in perinatal mental health.

I speak English and Spanish and am sensitive to the issues of diversity as I have experience working with a wide range of clients from different backgrounds. Navigating life's challenges doesn't have to be done alone. I look forward to working with you.
