I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and a Mental Health Professional in the State of Washington. I have over four years of experience as a psychotherapist (practiced in the State of Arkansas and Washington). I have worked with both children and adults to treat various behavioral issues, ADHD, Depression, Anxiety, Bipolar Disorder, Major Depressive Disorder, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, and Oppositional Defiant Disorder.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, I use a strengths-based approach to treatment. Therapeutic methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and other necessary methods will be used to reach your personal goals.
