About
"Shame dies when stories are told in safe spaces." -Ann Voskamp Life can wear you out. As time goes on, it can become increasingly difficult to prioritize your own needs. We can often lose track of who we really are and what we want out of life. Taking the first step of going to therapy can be very difficult, especially when you have been struggling on your own for a long time. I'm here to help you heal and get to where you want to be. I'm passionate about treating ADHD, anxiety, helping navigate career changes, life changes, self esteem and religious trauma. I provide a safe space for clients to talk about and explore their emotions without judgement. I use a range of evidence based treatments such as acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), creative arts therapy, and strength based interventions to help you lean into your authentic self and live a life that you are proud of. I believe that it is not about what cards are dealt, but how we handle them that defines who we are. Therapy can help immensely with how we see ourselves and how we foster resilience.
