I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Connecticut with over 7 years of experience in the mental health field. I have a deep-rooted commitment to helping individuals from diverse backgrounds, backed by professional expertise in a variety of settings. I also believe that clients are the experts on their own lives.

I have worked with clients of all ages, from as young as three to late adulthood, in outpatient therapy settings; methadone clinics; intensive outpatient programs; inpatient psychiatric units, and in-home crisis intervention. One thing remains constant: the focus of therapy should be based on what YOU wish to work on.

Through cognitive behavioral techniques and mindfulness methods, I can guide you to address your struggles with Major Depression, Low Self-Esteem, Suicidality, Anxiety, Bipolar Disorder, Post-Traumatic and Stress-Related Disorders, Personality Disorders and Addiction/Substance Use Disorders. I offer individual, couples, and family counseling, depending on the need. My approach is client-centered, and combines cognitive-behavioral, dialectical-behavioral, psychodynamic and motivational enhancement therapy.
