I am licensed in Idaho with 4 years of professional work experience and 16 plus years in the field of mental health and disabilities. My expertise lie in a variety of areas: high level coaching, poc/biracial/multiracial issues, new age spirituality, manifesting/energy work, women empowerment, guiding men who are exploring vulnerability/emotions, transpersonal therapy and soul work. I work best with people who have already done some healing and find they need the next level of support. Here are some more specifics on the work we’ll do together. I help highly sensitive people with what I call “empath 101” or the basics to coping and eventually thriving as a sensitive individual. My style is non-traditional, magical, and highly effective. My process involves understanding our mind, body, and soul and getting those systems balanced and working harmoniously together. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. You are powerful, even if you haven’t tapped into it yet. It is hard to take those steps to change your life. You want something more and you’ve decided you’re going to do something about it.
