I am a professional counselor in the state of Maryland and I have eleven years experience working with adults on a number of issues such as coping with anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and traumatic events that have led clients to personal despair and heartache. My style is eclectic as everyone is different and has different needs. My counseling approach is Person Centered therapy as I can help you find your own solutions as well as Cognitive Behavioral therapy to assist you in identifying your emotions, distorted thoughts, and any modifications in your behavior that come with life changes and adaptations.

The therapeutic process can be difficult at first as getting to know yourself is hard work. I believe that by participating in counseling, you are taking the first step to invest in yourself, to create a better you, and ultimately lead a life of optimal health: mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
