I am licensed in Massachusetts with 9 years of clinical experience. My training involved treating and assessing individuals and families with a variety of emotional, mental, and behavioral problems, both in the community and in inpatient settings. As a licensed therapist, I have focused on individual psychotherapy with adults in the community. My clients may have various mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression and mood disorders, relationship difficulties, difficulty with life transitions, stress-related somatic symptoms, post-traumatic stress symptoms, substance use disorders, and other forms of emotional distress.

In my work I aim to understand the client’s experience collaboratively, in an empathic and genuine environment. I see each course of therapy as unique; a process that is tailored to the client’s individual needs, situation, and personality. Generally, my approach emphasizes emotions, relationships with self and others, and thought patterns, and I integrate different techniques to foster healing and a meaningful change.

I find it a privilege to get to know people and join them in their journey towards healing and growth.
