About
Growing up watching my grandmother struggle daily with mental illness, I naturally grew to have a heart for helping other people. I have spent the last decade of my life in the helping community and I believe that it is my life’s purpose to help people actualize the life they wish to have. I explain my position as a therapist by saying this to my clients, “It’s not my job to fix you because you are not broken. It’s my job to help you see things in a different way that will help you to function better” I welcome you as clients to embark on this journey of healing. It’s not always easy but the results with be so rewarding.
Sometimes, you just need someone to talk to and I’m here to listen. I will not just throw interventions at you without attempting to understand you and your issues. As your therapist, I understand that therapy is hard and not meant to be rushed. I will meet you where you are and it is my hope that I can help you improve your quality of life.
If you are struggling and need help, I am here to assist you. Please feel free to reach out via the platform. Thank you so much for viewing my profile. Even if you decide not to contact me, please find someone that you feel you will be comfortable with. Help is only one click away. Looking forward to healing with you!
