About

My professional experience began with a bachelor degree and a teaching position of American History and Civics to Jr. High students, When an opportunity arose to add an MSW degree, I was pleased to do so and afterward, worked in mental and medical settings and also Hospice, with patients and their grieving families. Upon becoming licensed in clinical social work, LCSW credential, I opened my private practice, working with specialty in Autism, and with individuals, couples and families in various specifics. Upon moving to Orange County, I was honored to join the staff of the Christian Counseling Center, in the Crystal Cathedral, pastored by Dr. Robert Schuller. This work experience was soon combined with a doctorate program in clinical psychology There, I eventually learned of a program for Volunteering in the Israeli Defense Force - the IDF. It was a remarkable experience which led me on to Vienna, Austria, studying under Dr. Viktor Frankl in the focus of Survivor Syndrome - equivalent to the new emergence of our own PTSD.

Upon completion of my Ph,D. in clinical psychology, I continued in private practice where all prior experience continues to contribute to my individual therapy style, utilizing a combination of listed styles, in particular, Trnsactional Analysis.
From there, I eventually gravitated to a specialty in Military clientele and their families, dealing with PTSD, primarily. This specialty led me to our military base in Misawa, Japan, Tripler Hospital in Honolulu, Hawaii, Fort Hood, Texas and San Diego, California.
Working with individuals or/and groups, both Civilians or/and Military continues to confirm that problems of all types are indeed, solvable (treatable and beatable) when folks are sufficiently motivated to seek help and work hard.
Books I have authored thus far are: 1) ALCOHOLOCAUST 2) IS IT STILL MURDER? 3) TRAUMA & SURVIVOR SYNDROME 4) BLATANT MURDER, DENIED JUSTICE & THE TOWN'S DEMISE.
