Hi, my name is Sherrie Wade but I go by the nickname Shree. My main focus is on meditation practice and Self Realization. If you are interested in going beyond the psychological into the transpersonal or spiritual levels of higher awareness then I am the right counselor for you. I am only looking for a few really interest folks who would like to o use meditation training and Eastern or Yogic Philosophy and Psychology to go beyond the human condition and come to know their true Self which is forever pure and free. I excel in helping people overcome their difficulty with daily stressful situations and anxiety due to emotional, physical, and psychological imbalances as well as family, relationships, and work-related problems. My methods are based on self-exploration and insight into your own process to allow you to become free from destructive thoughts and emotions and develop into the awareness that you are the watcher of Knower. When you come to know the Knower as your higher awareness or Self, you can remain more relaxed and begin to live a peaceful and happy life.

I am only active or available for new clients for a few hours a month as I want to only work with a small group of people. that are interested in using the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali as a method to unfold into highest awareness. If you are really inspired to unfold the Self-realized state, I hope that you catch me when I am active.

I am a licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida and a National Certified Counselor. I started practice in 1993 and I also ran a meditation center in Florida and more recently an online meditation institute for the past 20 years, teaching meditation teacher trainings to therapists and teachers via home-study. I am a certified meditation instructor from the International Meditation Institute, Himalayas, India, where I have spent over twenty years in self-inquiry and study. I have been teaching meditation since 1985 and am now known as a teacher of teachers. I am the author of four books the most recent is: Knowingness Meditation:Enlightenment is Now. I am now 66 years old and semi-retired but want to continue to help others. I have overcome many difficulties in life and have unfolded a peaceful presence, as I am told by many clients and friends. I am well equipped to assist you to do the same if you are inspired to understand the meditative awareness. I look forward to working with you.
