I am an LMFT of 19 years, with a focus on treatment of Depression, Anxiety, and PTSD. I use EMDR, Christian based interventions, CBT, Mindfulness, Person-Centered, Psychodynamic modalities, and Internal Family systems techniques with an emphasis on building personal strengths. I believe we are born with the traits that make-up the essence of our true selves. Anxiety, Depression and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, result when life events, remote or recent, interfere with healthy development. Therapy is a journey of discovery, leading to a happier, more fulfilling life. Helping you move through this process is my passion.
