I believe in quality, culturally sensitive mental health treatment for everyone, from assessment to termination. I have experience working with young children, adolescents, and adults dealing with anxiety and depression-related symptoms and behaviors. Tapping compliments is the therapeutic process, much like adding whip cream and a cherry on top of your sundae. It is a self-soothing technique that resets energy flow in our bodies. It also helps to release underlying feelings that may be the source of our struggles due to talking about them in a socially appropriate manner. I am passionate about helping others improve their self-esteem, self-confidence, self-reliance, and inner peace to improve their day-to-day functioning and relationships with others.
