Hello! I am glad you are here. It means you are looking for someone to walk with you on your journey to healing or whatever your journey may look like. There are many ways I can help including offering a non-judgmental, compassionate, and friendly space to talk and work through your struggles, feelings, worries, stressors, and more. I use different approaches to therapy and will collaborate with you to identify your needs and goals. Above all, I enjoy getting to know each individual person for who they are and helping them achieve holistic wellness. My goal is to help each person alleviate or reduce symptoms/suffering as well as make helpful and constructive gains whether it be big or small toward living a more fulfilled life.
