Greetings!
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Virginia with over 10 years of experience working as a Psychotherapist. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including anxiety, depression, familial and relationship issues, life stressors, grief and loss, and even career challenges. I also have strong connections and experience working with our wonderful service members and their families as I am a Navy brat and former Air force spouse.
My counseling style is personable and interactive. I believe in meeting everyone where they are in their journey, but also to challenge them to reach for and meet attainable goals. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, psycho-dynamic and rational-emotive counseling. I will tailor our interactions and treatment plan to meet your unique journey.
