I am a trained traditional talk therapist and art therapist. My training and experience have been in providing quality mental health services to individuals. I offer a safe, compassionate, and reflective environment and partnership.
I understand how difficult it is to start the therapeutic process, but wholeheartedly believe that the most important step at the start of the journey is to feel safe, connected, and trusting of the therapist you chose to partner with.
