Ms. Richardt has worked in a variety of healthcare settings for over 25 years. Prior to private practice, she has worked in leadership roles that support the growth and training of mental health professionals and providers in large academic programs. She has an eclectic approach and feels that therapy is an important part of coping with life challenges but also an integral part of maintaining self care when working in roles that require supporting others. She works with a wide variety of clients and has experience in both urban and rural settings. Her clients often describe her style as warm, creative, and direct.
