I am Licensed Professional Ciunselor in Colorado. I have a BS in Psychology from University of Houston and a MS in Psychology from Capella University. I have 15 years of experience with a wide variety of issues. Some of these include: OCD, Trauma, depression, anxiety, parenting, eating disorders, transitions in life, finding meaning, self-confidence, attachment, etc. I use an eclectic approach to therapy. I will customize a blend of CBT, DBT, Solution Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and Person-Centered Therapy and more to best serve your personal needs
