My work experience includes over 11 years of experience working with youth, adults, and families in the school system as well as in clinical therapy. My goal is to provide a safe space for you to open up and work through current and past concerns while gaining healthy coping skills. What is your approach to therapy? My approach is to meet you where you are and help you to develop coping strategies to get you where you want to be. If you have difficulties due to anxiety, low self-esteem, lack of motivation, adjusting to life's challenges, and overall desiring change, I am here to help. I incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy while also utilizing Mindfulness-Based Therapy. What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you? I will always be open-minded, empathetic, and compassionate. We will work together to create a therapeutic plan that will assist you in navigating your desired outcome and treatment goals. The goal is to gain strategies to help tackle life's daily stressors.
