About

I am a licensed marriage and family therapist in the state of California with over 14 years of experience working with people as a counselor, therapist and a coach. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression and other mood disturbances, stress and anxiety, relationship issues, career and life challenges, academic concerns, Bipolar Disorder and substance use issues. I have also helped many people who have experienced relationship troubles in a variety of contexts.

My counseling style is collaborative and client-focused. I am warm, empathic, nonjudgemental and nonthreatening. I believe in empowering my clients and in treating folks with care and compassion. I am conscientious and honor the client as expert in their own lives. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, solution-focused and motivational counseling. I will use all of my expertise and experience to customize our work together to help meet your unique needs.
