Whether you want to roll up your sleeves and get to work or need a therapeutic sounding board, my door is open. I use evidenced based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy, to assist you in achieving your goals. My professional background includes working with adults and adolescents suffering from anxiety, depression, PTSD/Trauma, and relationship issues, in a variety of settings. I have worked in residential and outpatient settings as well as in-patient, schools, and private practice.
