My focus is on the person centered and trauma informed care. I use what therapeutic modality is appropriate for that individual, I come from a systems theory background, with the basis in CBT. I work with the client to identify a tailored treatment plan with goals agreed upon with the individual client. I am a laid back but a goal focused therapist. I believe in treating individuals focusing on what has happened to them. I am warm and interactive with a good sense of humor.
