I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Tennessee with 22 years of professional work experience. I have many years of experience in medical social work, in areas such as hospice and palliative care, caregiver support, primary care, and inpatient/discharge planning. I have specifically worked with older adult clients dealing with stress and anxiety, depression, coping with grief and loss, and end of life/goals of care discussions. I also have extensive experience working with caregivers and the unique challenges they face. I have expertise in dementia caregiving and have developed multiple
programs/interventions for those caring for a loved one with dementia. Furthermore, I’ve also worked for the VA for over 10 years of my career and have done extensive work with Veterans and their caregivers. I am also a spouse of an Army Veteran. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I am an excellent listener and will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
